Unique password for all residents

For your security, stop using easily predictable passwords that even intruders know. In the Multibus system, each flat defines and uses its own password so that apartment's security level is increased.
The password can only be changed by simultaneous operation on the flat monitor and the outdoor panel. The password cannot be changed by only using the door panel.
The system restricts the use of easily predictable and repetitive passwords such as 1234, 1923, 1453.
There is no default password, it must be set during installation.

MB-12 Door panel is designed by Multitek R&D Center to have IP65 dust and water protection level. In this way, humidity, dust, liquid contact does not affect the operating performance of the door panel.

Installer-friendly installation

System installation is very easy whether it is a single flat or a multi-building site.
Compatible with the existing cabling installed in the building or the new DT8 / CAT5 cable to be installed.
There is no need for ring return cables or coaxial cable for image transmission.
When the two-channel voice connection is not sufficient, the number of speech channels can be increased by adding a switchboard to the system, and thus the desired number of security and social facility telephones can be connected.

Easy to install and use

System installation is very easy whether it is a single flat or a multi-building site.

System capacity:

The number of flats in an apartment can be up to 256.
The maximum number of apartments on a site complex can be 32.
The number of video or audio door panels in the block can be 4 at most.
There can be a maximum of 8 elevators in a block.
One doorman can be connected to each block.
One security is allocated to a site, but more than one security phone can be connected in parallel or the number of security can be increased by connecting a telephone exchange.
Any number of monitors can be connected in parallel to the apartments.
